There are three different ticket types.

General Admission Ticket: gets you entry into the festival for a full day of fun & music!

GA + Beer Fest Ticket: gets you entry into the festival, a souvenir tasting glass, and unlimited tasting at 10+ premier Colorado breweries from 12-4 pm!

VIP Ticket: gets you the whole kit & kaboodle! Entry to the festival, a souvenir tasting glass, and unlimited tasting at 10+ premier Colorado breweries from 12-4 pm. You’ll also have access to The Bergen Peak Club, a VIP experience offering complimentary food & beverages (including beer + wine,) premier viewing of the stage, private bar & bathrooms, lounge area, photo booth, and much more!

You may bring umbrellas or sunshades, easy-up style tents or any canopies that require staking will NOT be permitted.

Yes, there is plenty of room to set out blankets or camp chairs. Lawn chairs will be allowed but please leave your high-backed chairs or oversized camp chairs at home. We want you to be comfortable without obstructing the views of your fellow festivarians.

No re-entry is allowed once you are inside the event gates.

Be sure everyone in your party purchases the same type of ticket. There is no assigned seating. The festival grounds, with the exception of The Bergen Peak Club (VIP area), are GA.

You can ride your bike to the event, and there will be bike racks available for locking it up just outside.

No outside food or drink will be allowed. Food trucks will be on-site selling food, and bars on-site will be selling drinks. You may bring an empty water bottle to be filled at our water stations.

Parking is minimal. There are two lots nearby where you can purchase parking passes. All parking passes must be pre-purchased on the ticket site and will sell out. There is a public parking lot at Bergen Park N Ride that you can walk from. There will be additional parking at US Bank (2922 Evergreen Pkwy) & Boone Mountain Sports. A shuttle will run from the Evergreen Dental Group parking lot to the festival every half hour starting at 11:30.

We strongly encourage carpooling. Rideshare is not common in Evergreen, so don’t count on Uber or Lyft.

Yes! ‘There will be additional parking at Evergreen Dental Group, US Bank (2922 Evergreen Pkwy), Boone Mountain Sports and the frontage road between. A shuttle will run from the Evergreen Dental office parking lot to the festival every half hour starting at 11:30.

You can either print your ticket, access it through the Eventbrite App, or open the PDF ticket on your phone. Tickets will be scanned upon entering the festival.

The name on the ticket does not have to match the person attending.

Porta-potties will be available for use during the show.

If you’re signed up for YOGA, please arrive just before 11. Once the YOGA class ends, you’re welcome to leave and are eligible for re-entry to the festival.

If you have GA, BEER FEST or VIP tickets, doors open at NOON. We suggest coming as soon as you can!

NO pets are allowed on site and may not be left in vehicles – Leave your pets at home! This is for the safety of everyone, including your pets.

Valid service animals must be on a leash at all times, and waste must be disposed of in trash.

This is an outdoor festival… in Colorado, so plan accordingly. Be sure to wear sunscreen, a hat, and bring warm layers for when the sun starts to go down. The festival will go on rain or shine, so don’t forget your raincoat!

Permitted: Digital cameras (non-professional), disposable cameras, film cameras (non-professional) are allowed on the festival grounds.

Not Permitted: No video recorders and no cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed on the festival grounds. If you are unsure about the equipment you’re planning to bring, leave it at home!
